At SK Jeweller, we recognise your statutory rights when purchasing a product from us. As a result, we established the returns and exchange policy to cover your rights. Our returns and exchange policy stated as below:
Should you change your mind, SK Jewellery will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition as purchased.
Please note that due health reasons earrings are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
EXCLUSIONS
SK Jeweller cannot offer an exchange or refund for sales items.
SK Jeweller cannot offer a refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.
SK Jeweller cannot offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
How to return
The cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer. All returns item must be accepted and confirmed by SK Jeweller in writing. SK Jeweller take no responsibility for missing incoming returns deliveries. It is advised that the customer use traceable postage for the returns package to ensure safe and documented delivery.
